Half-Black
Red Sometimes called the Tuxedo Guppy, LoneStar's HB Reds throw both gold
and gray bodied fry that mature into large adults with an impressive contrast
between deep shades of red and black. The very prolific females from this
line show an unusual amount of fin color, and both males and females do
well on the show bench; but despite these many virtues, Ted doesn't recommend
them to the novice because the females have to be bred early to live up
to their prolific potential. Still, check availability before ordering;
this is a very popular line and sells out frequently.
