You have just "followed a link." Normally a link will take you to a document
relating to the text part of the link. If you are still a little foggy about links, don't
worry, you'll catch on fast, they are pretty simple. Now, to get back to the main page you
were just looking at, click on the BACK button near the top of the screen. Most browsers
will have such a button between the pull down menus and the web page itself.
