User name: User Name and the POP3 account . [email protected]

Password: POP3 password. xxxxx

SMTP Host: Enter your ISP's SMTP server.   domain.com

Select the "Advanced network configuration options" button.
Make sure that the "Delete mail from host once successfully retrieved" box is checked, and then click "OK".

Using the Pegasus E-mail Program

If you keep getting an email message that you know you have deleted, and keep getting it each time you check your email, there is a selection in Pegasus under file  called network configuration,  and in that window there is a box you can check titled:  DELETE RETRIEVED MAIL OFF HOST.  When selected it will solve that problem.

TIP: If you have a sent message that is bouncing back to you, make sure that you know that persons correct internet mail address. IT MUST BE CORRECT or it will bounce forever.

AOL NOTE:
If someone is sending mail to you from AOL, they need to specify   yourusername@yourdomain.net as the address.
If this problem persists, have them contact their AOL tech support rep.
