Birney Streetcar No. 560

Motor 25 - No. 1 end, left
Tulsa Street Railway No. 395, NTT No. 557, and NTT No. 560 sit at an intermediate stop in Odessa, Texas. The remaining paint on the Ft. W. cars is described as Stone & Webster yellow - more of a mustard yellow.
Former North Texas Traction No. 560 was purchased with the donations of several volunteers who wanted to preserve a piece of Fort Worth's history. Along with No. 557, the streetcar was used as a house in Andrews, Texas beginning in 1936 (during which Andrews appears to have been experiencing an oil boom as well as a housing shortage).
Motor 25, No. 1 end, right I have some pictures of the work in progress and I will post them here as soon as they are scanned in. Further information to be posted. I am currently updating my restoration budget estimate and restoration manual. I will distribute these documents as soon as I have finalized them. Sorry for the delay Please stop in again soon!
