In keeping with the 1999 theme for Creative Arts, Wanda Hines, of "Dolls by Wanda", will again be giving one of her beautiful dolls away.   This year, Wanda chose a doll to honor the theme, "Things with Wings".   Each person entering an item or items for competition in Creative Arts will automatically be entered to win this lovely keepsake.  The drawing will be held Friday, September 17 at 6:00 pm.  The winner MUST claim this prize on Saturday, September 18 at 5:00 pm or forfeit all rights, and another name will be drawn.
