Microsoft Outlook 2003 Setup
Click on "Tools" and then "E-mail Accounts..." On the "E-mail Accounts" window, choose "Add a new e-mail account" and then click "Next" Here you have the choice to setup a POP3 account or an IMAP account.
(POP3 downloads your emails off of our server and onto your computer. Any other device will not receive the new emails.)
(IMAP will only download a copy of what's on the server. All emails stay on the server until you specifically delete and purge them. This is useful to use if you have more than one device checking your email.)
Click "Next" and start filling out your account informationhere:

Now click on the "More Settings..." button to the far right. On this small window that popped up, choose the "Outgoing Server" tab at the top and put a check into "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and now choose the "Advanced tab at the top. Here you will see two boxes with numbers. Make sure the settings look like this:

(Our server has a security timeout time that is not compatible with Outlook's test account settings feature... it'll fail this test if this option is kept checked) Click "Next" at the bottom and then "Finished"
