Windows 10 Mail Setup
We have discovered that, for some weird reason, Windows 10 Mail is not fully functional with our system. Our customers can receive email, but cannot send out email. So for this reason, we suggest to our customers to not use Windows 10 Mail. We will still provide the correct settings below if you want to see if you want to try to get it working.
Click on the Start button and type in "Mail". When the options appear, choose the app that says, "Mail, Trusted Windows Store App". The welcome page for Windows 10 Mail will be displayed. Click "Get started".
Choose "Add Account" and then "Other account, POP, IMAP"
Other accountEmail address: YourEmailAddress
Password: YourPassword
Click "Sign in". Windows will try to automatically setup the account, but it will fail and give you an error, with the option to try again. Click "Try again" twice and the advanced option will appear. Click "Advanced"
