What is the average speed at which you connect to Caprok Internet:  Kb/s.

Do you ever get disconnected during a session ?      Never   Seldom    Frequently 

( A disconnect once in a while over many sessions is considered normal, more than that indicates trouble. )

( An occassional re-try is not uncommon and rarely indicates trouble with the system. More than an occassional disconnect is a problem that can be traced to many factors. Call support for help resolving this kind of problem. )

What brand and speed modem do you use:

Some brand modems are very touchy about maintaining a connection with an online server. Settings on the modem or its driver can substantially reduce this problem. Support can help, please call.

How long is your phone line from your computer to the wall jack

Any extension ove 6 ft can reduce online speed and cause disconnects while online. We have special CAT 5  cable to make an extension for you if you need it. Contact support.
