Employment services are companies you hire to find you a permanent position at a company. They arrange for interviews and will generally negotiate salary and benefits on your behalf. They will require you to provide information so that they can design a resume specifically for a position.
Such as Apple-One in Houston.
Personal Networking means to get out and talk with people in the area that might be hiring or know of companies that have vacancies to fill.
