St Francis This one was a comission work for my mother-in-law, who wanted something to look over her sparrows. It's also the first "big" carving I've ever attempted. The head and hands are carved out of Hackberry, and the body is Mesquite. This one took me quite some time to do because I don't have the equipment to move large amounts of wood. It's finished with polyurathane.
