These two are part of many attempts to use my woodchips
in a creative manner.
The Teddy Bear I carved for my wife while we were still dating. It
features a through-the-arms chain hole for the necklace, instead of the usual hook-eye
hanger.
The hawk was just a carving exercise gone awry. Be very careful when you're practicing with
different tools; you might just end up with a carving!
Both are carved out of Mesquite and finished in tung oil.
