THE PERMIAN BASIN FAIR & EXPOSITION WILL NOT ACCEPT A CONTRACT WITH A FOOD VENDOR WITHOUT PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE. A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT, SHOWING THE PERMIAN BASIN FAIR & EXPOSITION AND ECTOR COUNTY COLISEUM AS ADDITIONAL INSURED. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE THIS COVERAGE, THE FAIR CAN OBTAIN THE COVERAGE THROUGH THEIR CARRIER FOR $85.00. PLEASE ENCLOSE THIS AMOUNT WHEN MAILING YOUR CONTRACT BACK.

1. All exhibitors must sign a contract with Permian Basin Fair & Exposition for rental
    space.
2. Exhibitors agreeing to terms of contract will practice good housekeeping and shall
    obey all health and sanitation laws and regulations of the State of Texas, County of
    Ector and City of Odessa.

3. All food booths will be outside. Each booth will have a 20'X20' ft. area.
4. Each booth will be furnished
ONE TWENTY AMP CIRCUIT. ANY ADDITIONAL
    POWER REQUIRED MUST BE PAID FOR AT THE EXHIBITORS EXPENSE, TO
    THE FAIR'S ELECTRICIAN AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION. YOU WILL
    NEED A 50-60 FOOT EXTENSION CORD TO REACH POWER SOURCE.

5. Exhibitors must inform Director in charge of midway what their booth will be selling
    and/or exhibiting.

6. MOVE-IN dates will be Tuesday, September 8, 1998 through Thursday, September
    10, 1998 from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm each day. 

7. Each booth will be issued four (4) NAME BADGES PER BOOTH. Please provide names
    to be put on badges. Any additional passes needed may be purchased at $3.00 each.

PLEASE HELP US CONTROL PASS ABUSE SO THAT BOTH THE PERMIAN
BASIN FAIR & EXPOSITION, AND YOU, THE EXHIBITOR MAY PROFIT.

8. MOVE-OUT must be completed by 5:00 pm on Sunday, September 20, 1998.
    Exceptions must be cleared by Executive Director in charge of Midway.
9. You will have access to your booth at 8:00 am each day to make preparations for
    cooking restocking, etc. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE GROUNDS
      AFTER THE FAIR EACH DAY. We will have a small vehicle to transport your supplies
    to your booth during fair operating hours. Tell security at the gate and security will
    call for the delivery vehicle.

10. PROPANE BOTTLES not attached or in use as part of a cooking system must have
      their valve opening plugged with a standard plastic safety plug. Plugs are available
      from the Operations Department at the fair office for $1.00 per plug. Bottles over
      12 years of age must have the proper inspection stamp in order to be allowed on
      the fair grounds. Propane bottles must be secured so as not to be accidentally
      tipped over.

ALL BOOTHS MUST BE STAFFED AT ALL TIMES DURING OPERATING HOURS OF THE FAIR.

RV HOOK-UPS ARE AVAILABLE ON THE COLISEUM GROUNDS. (NO WATER AND SEWER AVAILABLE). DAILY PRICE OF $10.00 A DAY.

PLEASE CHECK WITH THE ELECTRICIAN ON DUTY OR THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE COMMERCIAL DIVISION IF SUCH SPACE IS DESIRED.
